Government Fee Increases Yet To Be Confirmed
The Cayman Islands government has tabled a new budget for 2009/2010 which includes a proposed increase in annual company fees. The increase when confirmed will be effective for the 2010 renewals.
The proposed fee increases for Cayman exempt and non-resident companies are listed below.
In addition, a new Annual Tax Concession fee of US$250 is also proposed for those Cayman companies which hold a Tax Exemption Certificate.
The Cayman Islands government has not yet confirmed the fee increases. OIL will advise and dispatch the annual renewal invoices as soon as the definitive schedule of applicable fees is confirmed by the Cayman Islands government.

政府費用上調，詳情有待落實
開曼群島政府已提交2009/2010年度的新預算案，當中建議提高公司年費，一經落實後，新收費將適用於2010年的公司續期。
適用於開曼群島豁免公司及非本地公司的建議新收費如下。
此外，建議向持有稅項豁免證書的開曼群島公司徵收新的稅務優惠年費250美元。
開曼群島政府現時尚未落實增加收費。在開曼群島政府正式公佈了確實的收費表後，OIL將通知客戶並向客戶發出年度續期費用發票。

    开曼的政府规费提升了,那是不是注册离岸公司的费用也会增加呢?
    在美国注册公司的政策和费用,是否会有变化?
