12. Physical address of main business activities (incl. telephone/fax/email)
13. The main business activities as detailed as possible (types of activities/products, etc)
14. Countries of main business activities
15. The expected annual turnover of the account during the 1st year
16. 1-2 names of the customers and their countries
17. 1-2 names of the suppliers and their countries
